ROC | Revak Orchard Co. is a Minnesota-based vocational rehabilitation and case management practice providing Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) and Medical Case Management services.


Founded by Vanessa Revak and Keely Orchard, ROC brings together extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation, nursing, medical case management, and workers' compensation. Vanessa and Keely understand that every case is different — and that successful rehabilitation depends on communication, responsiveness, collaboration and care.


Their approach is simple: provide experienced, attentive service while keeping the individual and rehabilitation process at the center of what they do.

What is a QRC?

A QRC helps injured workers navigate the workers' compensation system and return to suitable employment after a work injury. Services are tailored to each individual's medical restrictions, abilities, work history, education, and vocational goals.

Depending on the circumstances, a QRC may assist with:

  • Collaboration with employers, medical providers, and other parties involved in the claim
  • Job Search, Placement, and Suitable Employment Planning

Keely Orchard, M.A., CDMS, QRC

Keely has worked in vocational rehabilitation for more than 22 years, building a practice defined by thoroughness, consistency, and genuine follow-through. As a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant and Certified Disability Management Specialist, she has guided injured workers through some of the most complex and challenging cases in the Minnesota workers' compensation system — earning a reputation among insurers, employers, and attorneys for her attention to detail and her ability to keep cases moving without losing sight of the person at the center of the file.


Keely approaches every case with the same discipline: understand the full picture, communicate clearly with all parties, and stay actively engaged from the initial plan through closure. Her clients and professional partners return to her not because rehabilitation is straightforward, but because she makes the process manageable — even when it isn't.


Keely holds a Master of Arts degree and earned her Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) credential through the Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission. She is licensed as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant in the state of Minnesota.

Vanessa Revak, RN, BSN, QRC

Vanessa brings more than 20 years of registered nursing experience and over 12 years as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant to her work at ROC. Her clinical background — earned across hospital, specialty, and case management settings — gives her a distinct advantage in cases involving medical complexity, ongoing treatment, and recovery timelines that others might struggle to interpret.


That nursing lens shapes everything about how Vanessa engages with a case: she understands what doctors are communicating, what restrictions mean in practice, and how to advocate effectively for an injured worker while maintaining the trust of the medical providers, employers, and insurance professionals she works alongside. Her accessibility and direct communication style have made her a trusted partner for attorneys and adjusters across the state.


Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine and is licensed as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota. She holds her QRC licensure through the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
